Hi, I'm Stephanie White, Founder of White Nutrition.

I'm deeply passionate about health and nutrition, with specialised expertise in weight management, vegan diets, and plant-based nutrition.
​
My journey into nutrition began years ago when I discovered my true passion for helping others. After over a decade in team leadership roles across industries like banking, retail, and travel, I realised that these fields weren't where my heart truly lay. Driven by the desire for change, I pursued a BSc (Hons) degree in Nutrition and Exercise Sciences at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN).
As a qualified UK Nutritionist, my mission is to empower, educate, motivate, and support individuals in transforming their lives for the better.
